Tipping is never required, but always appreciated.

Many clients choose to tip after each visit or give a larger tip at the end of the year. If you’d like to tip, you can leave cash (clearly labeled) or add it to your card payment.

And just so you know: 100% of your tip goes directly to your cleaning technician.

We observe major holidays such as:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

If your cleaning falls on one of these dates, we’ll reach out in advance to reschedule.

On most other holidays, your service will continue as scheduled, no surprises.

Your first visit is a deep, detailed clean designed to bring your home up to our standard. We also take this time to understand your space and preferences, so every future visit is faster, smoother, and perfectly tailored to you.

Most of our clients prefer the convenience of not being home. Many provide access via a lockbox, key, or entry code.
